Description
Ajax MotionProtect Curtain Jeweller Wireless Indoor Curtain Motion Detector
The Ajax MotionProtect Curtain Jeweller is an advanced wireless indoor curtain-type motion detector designed to secure the immediate perimeter of your property. By projecting a narrow, invisible wall of protection, it monitors windows, doors, museum exhibits, and valued boundaries up to 15 metres away.
Finished in sleek satin black, this detector allows residents or employees to move freely indoors while ensuring any intruder crossing the linear threshold instantly triggers the system. Utilizing an advanced proprietary optical framework, it intelligently suppresses false triggers to separate real threats from common environmental noise.
Key Features
- Narrow Curtain Defense: Employs an ultra-focused 6° horizontal and 90° vertical detection angle, acting as an invisible veil over critical entrance tracks.
- Dual PIR Mirror Optics: Combines two independent PIR sensors with a segmented mirror layout, feeding twice as much optical tracking data into the system compared to conventional detectors.
- Correlation Signal Processing: Runs a real-time digital cross-correlation of incoming data, allowing the sensor to effortlessly differentiate between a human intruder, thermal drafts, or pets.
- Adjustable Detection Range: Features three sensitivity levels to customize the effective reach between 6 and 15 metres based on the size of the room.
- Instant Alarm Delivery: Transmits high-speed, fully encrypted alarm notifications to your Ajax Hub in just 0.15 seconds.
- Uncompromised Battery Life: Operates independently for up to 3 years on its pre-installed CR123A battery.
- Jeweller Protocol Reach: Achieves tamper-resistant, secure two-way communication with your central hub up to 1,700 metres away in an open field.
