Description
Ajax ExternalAntenna for LTE & Radio Communication | SKU: 104117
Overcome wireless signal barriers with the Ajax ExternalAntenna (SKU: 104117). Explicitly designed for the off-grid Hub BP Jeweller series, this high-performance passive hardware accessory ensures your security panel maintains rock-solid connectivity, even when deployed inside deep basement safe rooms, thick reinforced concrete vaults, or heavy metal enclosure cabinets.
Equipped with a generous 3-meter (9.8 ft) low-loss coaxial cable and a standard SMA connector, it allows installers to easily route the transmitter/receiver past thick structural blockades into clear open air, maintaining uninterrupted monitoring on critical cellular and proprietary radio frequencies.
Key Features
- Multi-Channel Enhancement: Explicitly optimized to boost signal transmission across three fundamental channels simultaneously: Cellular (2G/3G/4G LTE), Jeweller (alarms/events), and Wings (high-speed photo verifications).
- Advanced Sabotage Protection: Features smart anti-tamper tracking. If an intruder attempts to sever or disconnect the external antenna wire, the connected Ajax hub instantly flags the cable breakage, broadcasts alerts to users and monitoring stations, and switches back to internal antennas automatically.
- Wide Frequency Spectrum Support: Operates seamlessly across low and high cellular bands (698–960 MHz and 1,710–2,690 MHz), automatically tuning connectivity performance to match the active channel requirements.
- Weather-Resistant Build: Constructed to survive harsh outdoor environments, operating stably in extreme climates ranging from –40°C up to 85°C with up to 95% ambient humidity.
- Peel-and-Stick Mounting: Shipped with an ultra-strong, industrial-grade pre-applied double-sided adhesive tape backing for tool-free, discrete anchoring to flat exterior surfaces.
- Seamless Scalability: The Hub BP accommodates up to three separate ExternalAntennas. For maximum reliability, it is highly recommended to bridge separate antennas to both the cellular and radio (Jeweller/Wings) SMA ports.
